Online purchases are valid for 60 days from date of purchase. Refunds request must be made within 60 days.  After 60 days amount paid will be credited towards the regular service price, the difference is to be paid at completion of service. V.N.T. will refund full amount for any at fault reason, we were not able to complete services.  Prices include standard cleanings (Pet urine, odor or color (red, ink stains, etc) removal treatments, polishing, grout coloring and stripping are additional charges.
